Please give us an overview of the structure and a brief historic of your business. Such as the structure of its division, the service you provide, how was Ng’andu Consulting conceived and how did it all happen?

In 2003 I partnered with a South African company called UWP Engineers founding the Ng'andu-UWP Consulting with a 20 % Zambian shareholding and 80 % South African. Our area of specialization at the time was engineering consultancy in Roads, Water with an emphasis in  Roads and Structural engineering in general.
