Could you give us a brief presentation of the Bank of Abyssinia? First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to your internationally acclaimed investment magazine for giving me the opportunity to say a few words about the Bank of Abyssinia. Following the ouster of the socialist-oriented military government, one of the first things that the new Government of Ethiopia did was enact a new Economic Policy, which ushered in private initiative and entrepreneurship.
