Alexander Haly has lived in Saint Petersburg for several years where he worked for a shipping company and grew a passion for shipping. Working in a country as Russia gave him the motivation to develop something similar in West Africa. Thus after having developed knowledge in the shipping industry, he came to Congo to found and develop Petro Services.
