Could you tell us a bit more about your personal challenges with Mercator? And in terms of ways of working and business strategy, do you share the same vision and mission as the group?

First of all, I’d like to highlight the fact that you’ve mentioned Mercator’s mission statements and vision criterions. Before I joined Mercator, I worked for OMV for 8 years.
