1 – Please tell us more about the background of Albtelecom.

Right after the Independence in 1912, the temporary Government of Vlora gave priority to the importance of interconnection as a necessity for the new state, population, economy and international communication. Afterwards, they also undertook steps to organize post telegraphic service. The Ministry of Albanian Post Telegraph was created at that time and later it was called the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication.
